We hired Collins Construction to do the site prep for a shop we are building on our property. We do not live here full time. Therefore, finding the right contractor that would be honest and do a good job without me being present was important. I received a bid from Cody and found it to be very reasonable. He knew that we would not be able to be present during the job. His communication during the project was top notch which was very important. When building our home, we knew we picked a hard location in terms of rough grading, but even more tricky in terms of finish grading.
